Market Scan 1/4/2025

Happy New Year everyone! Still two days with family in town but should be rearing to go 100% Wednesday. I have big plan for this year on the website, education, videos & so much more. 2025 was a year of travelling and boy did we do it. 2026 is going to be a year of WORK for me. It's been a long time since I've really focused in these things since probably 2021. So, get ready for things to be a bit more interactive. I'll be starting to use all these AI coding tools for improvements and other things.
